The Harris Ranch Owners Association is a non-profit corporation created to manage and operate all the common areas and amenities in the Spring Creek, Mill District and Mill District Square areas of Harris Ranch. The Board of Directors hope you will find this site informative, useful and engaging. It is our desire to have this website serve as the basis for communication between the Board and community residents as well as to facilitate communications among residents. It is anticipated that this website will serve as a platform for more rapid dissemination of information throughout the community regarding issues of interest to residents.
Pools at Spring Creek and Mill District: Cool off and spend time with your neighbors at the two community pools, open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
Fitness Center: Fitness facility and dressing rooms are located inside the Mill District Community Center.
HOA Community Centers: Residents of Spring Creek and the Mill District have two community centers available to utilize year round. The event rooms at both community centers may be rented for private functions by members of the HOA. Each event room includes a fully stocked kitchen. Card tables and chairs are available.
Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance.
An electronic key card is required to access pools, fitness center and clubhouses. Users must be residents of the HOA.
